The platform started inside the land surveying industry, where operational complexity is high and every job depends on accurate location, clear handoffs, and field execution. But the problem LINCGEO solves is not limited to surveying.

Andrew Villasmil is a Product Owner at LINCGEO with 6+ years of experience in product design, UX strategy, and building software around real operational workflows.

As LINCGEO’s first product designer, he has helped shape the platform from the ground up with a focus on making complex service-business operations easier to manage, schedule, and understand. His work centers on turning disconnected processes into clear, scalable product experiences that help teams run work with greater visibility and control.

Shivanee Vaishya

Product Manager

Shivanee Vaishya is a Product Manager at LINCGEO with 5+ years of experience in software project management.

At LINCGEO, she focuses on turning complex operational challenges into product solutions that drive customer value and support platform growth. With a strong technical background in development, integrations, and software architecture, she collaborates closely with engineering teams to align business goals with technical execution.
